Holiday Home Cleaning

First impressions are everything.  That’s why its vitally important that your holiday home is spotlessly clean every time a new guest walks through the door.  Our Housekeeping team can help source quality, reliable cleaners as well as laundry services.  We’ll also take care of booking administration and ensure that keys are stored safely, ready for every new arrival. 

Holiday Home Maintenance

Finding reliable local tradespeople can be a challenge, especially at short notice and even more so if you live remotely from your holiday home.  Our maintenance team can help you to source reliable professionals to attend to any running repairs and upgrades including: 
 

  • Painting and decorating 

  • Flooring and tiling 

  • Lighting 

  • Repairing small- scale damages 

  • Minor joinery work 

You're in safe hands

When you opt for our Property Management Service, you’ll have the dedicated support of a local housekeeper who will make sure that cleaning and changeovers are managed to a consistently high standard.  We’ll also keep an eye on general maintenance and if we spot any wear and tear that needs attending to then we’ll let you know, or, if you’ve subscribed to our maintenance service, we’ll make sure that repairs are carried out*.  

Our standard service includes the following:

  • Checking inventory lists and reporting/replacing breakages or missing items

Welcome packs

In the pack, you might want to include essential refreshments like tea, coffee, milk and some biscuits. Tourist information about the local area is also a good idea, along with some clear and friendly rules and instructions for the property. Don’t forget to include handbooks for its appliances too. To really make an impression, you could even leave a bottle of wine.
